Hobo Grumbler

Hobo Grumbler has a very unpleasant personality, he does not respect anyone or anything. His chosen park bench and the surrounding few feet are his territory, fiercely protected with glares and grumbles. He is occasionally engaging in a verbal skirmish over territory or a particularly good dumpster find with other homeless people. He rarely forms bonds, seeing others as either rivals or weaklings. Police mostly ignore his outbursts unless he blocks public access or is causing too much noise.
