1. Who We Are
Liberate.dad ("we", "us", "the site") is the promotional website for Liberate, an urban survival RPG currently in development. For any privacy-related questions, contact us using the link at the bottom of this page.
2. What Data We Collect
Through the form on the /donation page, we collect:
- Discord username
- Email address
- Transaction Hash (TXID) of the crypto transaction
- Type of cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, soon Monero)
- Selected support tier (Drifter, Resident, Manager, Governor)
- Optional: any additional notes you enter in the form
We do not collect card numbers, banking details, or any identity information beyond what you voluntarily submit through the form.
3. Why We Collect This Data
- Email — to send you Discord access instructions and to update you on the status of your donation/verification.
- Discord username — to assign you the correct role (Drifter/Resident/Manager/Governor) on the Discord server.
- TXID and crypto type — to manually (and in the future, automatically) verify that the transaction actually occurred on the blockchain before granting access.
Note: the TXID is itself public data on the blockchain — we only use it to link your transaction to your Discord account; we do not disclose anything that isn't already visible on a public block explorer.
4. How We Process Data (Current and Planned)
Currently: form submissions are reviewed manually, the TXID is manually checked on a public blockchain explorer (e.g. Etherscan, Blockstream, Solscan), and Discord access is granted manually via email, since the Discord server is currently under construction.
Planned: part of this process will be automated via Make.com — a form submission will trigger a scenario that verifies the TXID through a blockchain API and automatically assigns the corresponding Discord role. Once this is active, this policy will be updated to explicitly reflect it, including which third parties (blockchain API providers, Discord, Make.com as a data processor) are involved at that point.
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is shared only with services necessary to operate the site and community:
- Discord (for role assignment and server access)
- Blockchain explorers (only for publicly available TXID verification — we do not send them your personal data)
- In the future: Make.com as an automation processor, at which point under its standard data processing agreement
6. How Long We Keep Data
We retain donation form data for as long as necessary to maintain donor records and tier status (e.g. for voting power in community polls). Upon request, we will delete your data from our records — see Section 8.
7. Your Rights
Regardless of where you're accessing this from, you may:
- Request access to the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (note: deleting your donation record does not automatically revoke an already-granted Discord role/access — we will notify you separately about that)
- Withdraw consent for further processing

8. Age Restriction
The site and its content are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has submitted the form or sent us data, we will delete that data immediately upon discovery.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, particularly once the Make.com automation becomes active. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
